Conrad Withey

Conrad Withey is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Goalhanger since June 2025. From September 2018 until July 2025, Conrad served as a Governor at Wandle Learning Trust. Prior to this, Conrad held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Instrumental from April 2014 to June 2024 and was the President of Warner Music Entertainment at Warner Music Group from November 2006 to March 2014. Earlier in Conrad's career, leadership was demonstrated as Chief Executive Officer at The Rights Company / 10:10 Productions from February 2003 to November 2006. Conrad holds a BA Hons in Politics from the University of Warwick, where studies were completed from September 1990 to June 1993, and attended York College in York, UK from September 1987 to June 1989.
