Danna Joyce Bugante is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Goama since October 2022. Prior to this, Danna was a Training Specialist at the Department of Information and Communications Technology - Philippines from November 2021 to October 2022. With previous experience as a Customer Support Associate at Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) and a Technical Support Representative at IONOS, Danna has a solid background in customer service and technical support. Danna's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from Western Mindanao State University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
