Ivar Trippolini

Ivar Trippolini serves as the Partnership and Growth Manager for the EMEA Region at Goama since January 2022, while also consulting on People, Data, and Values. Previous experience includes serving as Secretary and Research Associate for various Parliamentary Committees in Kanton Bern from 2017 to 2021. Trippolini held the position of Head of Performance Management for Justice and Prison Reform at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from 2014 to 2016, following a role as Coordinator for Political and Administrative Decentralisation in Benin from 2008 to 2013. Early career highlights include working as a teacher at a primary school in the Municipality of Trin and serving as a research associate at IDHEAP, focusing on Swiss public administration. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from IDHEAP and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Geneva.
