Caetano Altafin

Caetano Altafin has been working in the business industry since 2002. In that year, they were the General Manager of Samba Soccer Summer Camp LLC, where they were responsible for the development of a start-up in the sport and leisure industry that became the largest summer camp in the world in 2002 with 32,000 children. Caetano managed a staff of 1,500 people, including coaches and supervisors, and was recognized by the Irish President Madam Mary McAleese and the Brazilian Ambassador for Ireland. In 2006, they were an intern at Osorio, Fernandes, Mariz & Assed Advogados, and in 2008 they were an intern at CVM. In 2011, they became an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. In 2014, they founded MinD, where they structured the company's business model combining online and physical stores, and sourced suppliers and shaped the company's supply chain in various locations in Asia. In 2016, they became an Associate at Hogan Lovells. In 2018, they became Co-Founder & CEO at Woof, the first pet centric marketplace. In 2020, they became a Partner at Virtuous Company Consultoria e Educação Executiva.

Caetano Altafin has a comprehensive educational background. Caetano obtained a LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Corporate Law and Governance from Harvard Law School in 2011. In 2014, they attended London Business School for Executive Education in Finance and Investment Management. Caetano also attended Yale University for Continuing Education in Legal Studies, General in 2010. In 2007 and 2008, they were an Exchange Student at UC San Diego and also attended UC San Diego Extended Studies for Extension in Intellectual Property. Caetano obtained a LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2004 to 2008 and a B.A. in International Relations and Trading from Estácio in 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they are licensed to practice law in the state of New York and Brazil.
