Joe Catoe

Joe serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Arbo. Prior to joining Arbo, Joe practiced at two AM Law 50 international law firms in Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Georgetown University Law Center.
