Dr. Haim Srur

Dr. Haim Srur has had a long and successful career in the business world. In 1994, they began their career as an HR Director at Teva Pharmaceuticals. In 1998, they were promoted to VP of Business Development and Human Resources at Teva Pharmaceutical Ltd. Dr. Haim then moved to Alvarion Wireless Systems Ltd. in 2001, where they held the role of Corporate VP of Human Resources and M&A. In 2011, they became the Executive Vice President and Deputy CEO of ORL. In 2014, they founded Srur Strategic Solutions Ltd., where they served as CEO and Senior Strategic Organizational Consultant. Dr. Haim also held the role of Managing Partner at ICG - Integra Consulting Group. In 2015, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of GOARC, and a Board Member at Kali Group - קבוצה קלי. Additionally, they were a freelance photographer for Greatphotoshop.com from 2011-2014.

Dr. Haim Srur obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University between 1986 and 1989, followed by an MA in Organizational Sociology from the same university between 1989 and 1991. Dr. Haim then went on to earn their Doctor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Liverpool between 2014 and 2021.
