Chris To

Chris To is currently the SVP of Technology at GOAT Group. Prior to this, they were the Director of Engineering at Clutter from July 2018 to July 2019. Chris has also been a cross functional leader that helped scale org size ~10X and raise $70MM in funds.

At Clutter, Chris led the product management and engineering teams that drove key growth initiatives, such as rapid geo expansion, mobile funnel optimization, dispatch automation, dynamic demand/supply pricing, B2B office product, subscription product, and fraud mitigation. Under their leadership, the company was able to scale revenue 20X+ and launch 4 native app rebuilds.

Chris is known for their strength in tech, data, and analytics, which they used to take the lead of marketing org in 2017. During their time in this role, they were able to reduce CAC and expand Facebook spend channels. Chris also launched offline channels such as podcast, DRTV, print, and out of home.

Chris To studied computer science at the University of California, Los Angeles and Phillips Academy Andover before attending Shanghai American School.
