Chris To is the SVP of Technology at GOAT Group since July 2019. Prior to this, Chris was the Director of Engineering at Clutter from July 2018 to July 2019 and the CTO at Soothe from January 2015 to July 2018. Chris has a background in computer science, with experience at companies such as MySpace, ShoeDazzle, and Microsoft. Chris also co-founded PaperChrome Inc and co-created Linkchat / Really Corp.
