Michael Wong

Michael Wong is a Senior QA Engineer at GOAT Group since April 2021, with extensive experience in quality assurance across various companies. Previous roles include QA Engineer II at Forever 21, where test management tools and test cases for e-commerce websites were developed, and QA Engineer at AT&T focused on testing voice integration for Google Assistant. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Software QA at VER, testing applications and firmware, and as a QA Tester at DIRECTV, where cross-platform applications were tested. Michael's career began as an Accountant at Brighton Best International and includes experience as a Teaching Assistant and Office Assistant at Nobel Education Institute and JONSSON Cancer Center Foundation/UCLA. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from UCLA and an Associate's degree from Santa Monica College.
