Sam Im

Sam Im is an experienced operations and fulfillment professional with a strong background in supply chain management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Fulfillment at GOAT Group since December 2016, Sam Im has held multiple roles within the company, including Director of Operations for Warehousing & Fulfillment and Operations Manager. Previously, Sam Im worked at American Apparel from November 2011 to December 2016, overseeing warehouse operations that supported 250 stores globally and managing a team of 25 employees. Sam Im started a career at the Orange County Korean Community Center as an intern in 2009. Sam Im holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology from UC Irvine.
