Ahmad Firoz has a diverse work experience in the field of design and technology. Ahmad is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Goava, where they focus on improving the user experience and recently launched a new platform called "Goava Discover." Prior to this, Ahmad worked as a Senior UX Designer at Creative Aliens, providing design solutions for companies like Upwork, Siemens, and Vivasoft.

Ahmad also co-founded Joldiapp, an on-demand logistics and delivery service, and successfully operated it in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Ahmad has experience in managing products and building design systems from scratch, as seen during their time at Dingi Technologies Limited, where they served as an Experience Lead and User Experience Designer.

In addition, Ahmad has worked as a User Experience Consultant at Kotha Apps & Technologies Ltd., where they created brand guidelines and design systems. Ahmad has also contributed to the success of Cookups Technologies, the largest platform for home-cooked food in Bangladesh, by designing user experiences and increasing food order count.

Ahmad's early work experience includes roles as a Senior UX Designer at Volumecoder, a digital startup, and as a User Interface Architect at Beatnik.Digital, a digital agency. Furthermore, they co-founded Lets Learn Coding, a platform that provides free coding education to people, and worked as a freelance designer and consultant throughout their career.

Ahmad Firoz has a diverse education history. Ahmad first attended Bhedarganj Pilot High School from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) in the field of Science. Ahmad then continued their studies at Govt. Bangabandhu College from 2008 to 2010, completing their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) in Science.

Afterwards, Ahmad pursued a Diploma in Hotel Management at the National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute from 2011 to 2013.

In 2012, they enrolled at Southeast University (BD) and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmad has also obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they completed the "Design Thinking: The Beginner's Guide" course from The Interaction Design Foundation. Ahmad has also received mentorship from adplist.org, earning certifications such as "1000 Mentorship Minutes," "25 Mentorship Sessions," "500 Mentorship Minutes," "10 Mentorship Sessions," and "100 Mentorship Minutes" between 2022 and 2023.
