Khairul Syafiqah

Khairul Syafiqah currently serves as the Executive Director of People & Admin at Gobi Partners, with a focus on human resources management, talent development, and strategic planning since January 2024. Previously, Khairul worked as a Principal Consultant at Malaysia HR Forum, enhancing training initiatives and client services. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Human Resources at Natura, Cradle Fund, and Sacoor Brothers, where responsibilities encompassed implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and driving employee engagement. Khairul holds a Master of Human Resources Management from Asia e University and a Bachelor of Human Resources Management with Honors from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
