Legal and Compliance

The Legal and Compliance team at the Gobierno de Cantabria ensures that all governmental actions and policies comply with legal standards and regulations. They provide expert legal advice, handle litigation, and support various departments in adhering to compliance requirements. The team includes an external evaluator for continuous healthcare professional training, a legal advisor for industry, employment, innovation, and commerce, and a lawyer for the General Directorate of Legal Services.
