Daniel Tapella

Daniel Tapella has extensive experience in the field of information technology within government settings. Since January 2005, Daniel has held various roles at Gobierno de San Juan, including Empleado en Dirección Provincial de Informática, Director de Gobierno Electrónico, and Coordinador Informático del SIIF, managing a team of 10 individuals responsible for the state's financial administration project. Prior to this, Daniel served as a tutor at the Organización de Estados Americanos from April 2004 to March 2015, providing support in courses related to Electronic Government Strategies and Public Procurement. Daniel earned a Licenciado en Informatica from Universidad Nacional de San Juan between January 1985 and June 1991 and completed an e-government course with OEA in 2004.
