Hernan Cabrera

Hernan Cabrera is a technology leader with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Jefe de tecnología at Gobierno Digital Chile, Hernan Cabrera coordinates the technology team to develop and implement IT services across public services. Hernan Cabrera also holds teaching positions at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, instructing courses on web technologies and information systems. Previous roles include Professor part time at Universidad de Chile and various leadership positions in project management and technological modernization at Archivo Nacional, Sernac, and Claro Chile S.A., among others. Hernan Cabrera holds a degree in Civil Engineering in Computer Science from Universidad de Chile and a diploma in Big Data and Machine Learning from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
