Parag Aggarwal

Parag Aggarwal is the CEO and co-founder of GoBolt. Parag has also worked as an intern at Hindustan Unilever Limited and the National University of Singapore.

At Hindustan Unilever Limited, Parag prepared a de-bottlenecking plan to enhance the operational efficiency of the Germ Kill Kit (GKK- PUREIT) plant. Parag conducted a detailed analysis of process map to identify operational inefficiencies at different stages in the manufacturing cycle of GKK. Parag also developed and implemented a scheduling plan using linear programming to maximize asset utilization, increasing productivity by 28%. In addition, they created a roadmap including cost benefit analysis for a 30% capacity expansion to cater to increasing demand of Pureit.

At the National University of Singapore, Parag carried out a detailed analysis of the supply chain by conducting interviews with existing vendors, C&FA agents & program coordinators. Parag also conducted a market research to identify possible vendors for strategic sourcing of medicines, warehouse operation and management.

Parag Aggarwal completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. Parag then completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
