Josh Plewis has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 when they served as a Special Police Constable for Kent Police. In 2010, they joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Personal Banking Advisor. In 2014, they moved to deVere Group as a Financial Business Coordinator. After that, they became a Business Development Manager at Blacktower Financial Management (International) Limited in 2015. In 2016, they took a Career Break Travelling. In 2018, they joined Ryan as a European Client Services Manager & Markets - Indirect Tax. In 2020, they became a Business Tax Consultant at Taxperience N.V. and in 2021, they began working as a Foreign Exchange Trader at FTMO. Currently, they are an Onboarding & Quality UK at Goboony.

Josh Plewis's education history includes attending Ursuline College from 2002 to 2007, where they studied Finance and General. Josh then attended East Kent College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Uniformed Public Services. In 2009, they obtained a Foundation degree from Maidstone Kent Police Station, where they studied Police Constabulary.
