Jacky Chiu

Jacky Chiu is the current CTO and co-founder of Brightside. Prior to Brightside, Chiu held various management positions at LifeLock, Apollo Education Group, and MCI. At LifeLock, Chiu was responsible for product and technology development and led numerous cross-functional senior executive initiatives. Chiu was able to reduce software and consulting costs while maintaining favorable terms and strong relationships. At Apollo Education Group, Chiu was the Associate IT Director. And finally, at MCI, Chiu was the MIS Manager II.

Jacky Chiu has a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from The University of Texas at El Paso.

They work with Scott Beeber - Head of Sales, Ashely Mahoney - Head of Analytics, and Alicia Johnson - Head of Marketing. Jacky Chiu reports to Tom Spann, CEO & Co-Founder.
