Melissa Humble serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Brightside, leading initiatives to enhance financial health for working families. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Senior Vice President of Employer Sales at Spring Health, where the focus was on driving business growth across various employer segments. Previously, Melissa held the position of Vice President of Commercial Sales at both Navan and Spring Health, and played significant roles at Elastic and SHI International Corp. Melissa's extensive experience in sales leadership spans multiple companies, including Lenovo and Dell, where strategic oversight and team leadership were key responsibilities. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications from The University of Texas at Austin and has furthered education through Kellogg Executive Education.
