Neha Somani

Neha Somani has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as an Intern at American Reliable Insurance Company from August 2007 to October 2008. During this time, they were responsible for gathering and documenting requirements for the i-Reli project, a distributed internet-based solution for policy and agency management.

Neha then joined CWIE Holding Company, INC in May 2009, initially as a Software Developer until May 2012, and later as a Software Development Technical Lead from May 2012 to June 2013. In their role as a technical team lead, they managed a team of three developers and focused on new product development using Java-based technologies to re-implement legacy applications.

In 2013, Neha joined LifeLock as a Software Engineer, where they worked until October 2018. Neha'sresponsibilities included software development and they played a key role in the company's engineering projects.

Currently, Neha is working at Brightside since October 2018. Neha began as a Platform Engineer/Engineering Manager and was promoted to the role of Director of Engineering in April 2022. Neha'stenure at Brightside is ongoing, and they are responsible for leading engineering initiatives and overseeing the technical aspects of the company.

Neha Somani obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2000 and 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Computer Science degree at Arizona State University, completing it between 2006 and 2008.
