Amir Mostofi

Amir Mostofi has extensive work experience in the field of design. Amir is currently serving as the VP of Design at GoCardless since May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Design and Head of Design, Senior Manager at the same company. At GoCardless, they played a pivotal role in building a global bank-to-bank network and contributed to the rapid growth of the fintech business in the UK.

In addition to their role at GoCardless, Amir also worked as an Advisor in Design at The Body Coach Online Nutrition Ltd, starting in January 2016. Amir provided guidance on design direction and implementation to support the company's growth in the health and fitness industry.

Before joining GoCardless and The Body Coach Online Nutrition Ltd, Amir held the position of Global Creative Director at StoneX Retail (formerly Gain Capital) from June 2015 to July 2016. Amir led UI and UX design and oversaw a team of skilled designers and UX experts in providing online trading services.

Prior to their global creative director role at StoneX Retail, Amir worked as the Global Creative Director at City Index from October 2012 to June 2015.

Amir has also gained valuable experience at Positive, where they served as a Senior Lead Designer from July 2010 to October 2012. Amir worked on various client projects, including renowned brands like Currys PC World, Royal Caribbean, British Heart Foundation, and many more. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Digital Designer at Positive from May 2007 to July 2010.

Amir's career started as a UX/UI Designer at JPY from November 2005 to May 2007.

Throughout their career, Amir Mostofi has demonstrated their expertise in design, leadership, and contributing to the growth and success of various organizations in different industries.

Amir Mostofi completed their education from 2001 to 2005 at Brunel University London, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Technology & Design, specializing in Multimedia Technology and Design.
