Julija Slapaka has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Julija began their career at Tulip UK Ltd as a Line Team Leader, where they gained practical experience in food manufacturing and successfully trained new employees. Julija then joined Wincanton as a Stock & Systems Clerk, where they demonstrated strong communication skills and provided support to managers, ultimately suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance key performance indicators. Following this, they worked at Spice Organics Limited as an Operations Administrator, where they built and maintained customer relationships, organized exhibitions, and handled travel arrangements. Julija then joined Curvy Kate as a National Account Executive, where they took on various responsibilities such as managing complex issues, analyzing sell-out data, and providing exceptional customer care. Julija'smost recent role was at BlackBerry, where they served as a Sales Operations Specialist/Analyst, contributing to the sales operations and supporting the team with their analytical skills. Currently, Julija is a Sales Operations Analyst at GoCardless, utilizing their expertise in sales operations.

Julija Slapaka started their education in 2007 at the Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Julija completed this program in 2011. In 2009, they had the opportunity to study abroad as an Erasmus Exchange Student at FHWien der WKW, focusing on Business Administration and Management in general.

In 2016, Julija attended SKILLSOLOGY and obtained a certification in Project Management Basics. This program covered the different stages of project management, including preparation, planning, performance, and closure.

In 2019, Julija further expanded their knowledge by completing the Admin Beginner program at Trailhead by Salesforce. This program provided their with the fundamentals of Salesforce platform customization.

In addition to their education, Julija has acquired several certifications. In January 2023, they attended the MEDDPICC Masterclass offered by MEDDICC. In February 2023, they obtained the Xactly Sales Comp 101 certification from Xactly Corp. In April 2023, they further enhanced their skills by completing the Xactly Incent Certification Exam: Level 1, also offered by Xactly Corp.
