Justine O. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Justine began their career as a Sales Intern at Bold S.A.R.L. in 2012, where they focused on expanding the directory service for a parenting website. Following this, they worked as a Marketing Intern at SKF France, where they contributed to the harmonization of internal communication mediums. In 2014, they joined ADW Network as a Sales and Marketing Intern, where they explored the use of professional social media for sales prospecting. Justine then worked as an Event Assistant at THRESHOLD FESTIVALS LTD, primarily undertaking community management tasks.

In 2015, while completing their Master's degree, Justine served as a Junior Consultant at FOSCA, where they participated in the creation of a concept store in Barcelona, conducting market analysis, developing propositions, and making recommendations. Justine then moved on to Worldpay in 2016, initially as a Pricing Analyst, assisting Pricing Managers with price analysis and implementing changes. Justine was later promoted to Pricing Manager, responsible for increasing account profitability.

Justine joined BT in 2019 as a Pricing and Promotion Manager, leading the pricing strategy and commercial modeling for new data and AI-driven products and propositions. Their role included building financial forecasts and business cases, developing payment and billing models, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Justine was subsequently promoted to Pricing & Propositions Manager, leading the department's pricing strategy and delivering pricing analysis for new products.

Currently, Justine is working at GoCardless as a Pricing Strategy Manager. Since July 2021, they have been responsible for developing pricing strategies and managing pricing analysis. Starting from June 2022, they have taken on the role of Pricing Manager II, continuing their work in pricing within the company.

Justine O. began their education at Notre Dame de Bellegarde from 2008 to 2011, where they completed their Baccalauréat (A levels equivalent) in Economics & Sociology. Justine then pursued a higher degree at IDRAC Business School from 2011 to 2016, earning a Master 2 (M2) in International Business/Trade/Commerce. Additionally, in 2015, Justine participated in an academic semester abroad at Australian Catholic University, focusing on Business and International Business.
