Steven Slaviero

Steven Slaviero has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Steven currently works as an IAM Engineer at GoCardless since June 2021. Previously, they worked at Innovate IT Ltd as an Identity Access Management SME, providing consultancy services and developing identity solutions for clients using Okta's technology products.

Steven also used their technical skills to support their wife's physiotherapy business as a Business Launch Manager at Karen Slaviero Physiotherapy. Steven planned and executed various aspects of their online presence, including website design, O365 deployment, financial solutions, and social media profiles.

Prior to that, Steven held multiple roles at GSMA. Steven was a Senior Infrastructure Engineer where they managed O365 deployment, SAML apps, user lifecycle management apps, and platform security. Steven also held the position of IT Infrastructure Support, administering and maintaining on-premises infrastructure and cloud applications. Additionally, they started their career at GSMA as an IT Helpdesk Support.

Before joining GSMA, Steven worked as an IT Operation Services Analyst at IMS Health, providing troubleshooting and support for internal staff. Steven also had experience as a Service Desk Analyst at PRS for Music and MediaCom, where they undertook audits of computers and equipment and repaired laptops.

Steven's career began in the hospitality industry as a Chef De Partie at Restaurant Associates and Catalina Rosebay. Steven transitioned into the IT field by undertaking IT training while working as a chef.
