Becky Chandler

Becky Chandler is an accomplished strategy consultant and executive with extensive experience in marketing, operations, and e-commerce across various industries. Currently serving as a member of Catalant's Practice Community, Becky advises private equity-backed portfolio companies on marketing and operations. As the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Elmhurst Oral Surgery, significant improvements in revenue and net income were achieved in 2024. Previously, Becky held the title of Vice President and General Manager for Digital and e-Commerce at Bright Horizons, where leadership of cross-functional teams drove enterprise transformation. In prior roles, notable achievements include leading Armstrong World Industries' e-commerce operations and transforming UScellular’s digital channels to significantly increase e-commerce revenue. Becky holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a certificate in Marketing and Product Management Excellence from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
