Kendra McCarthy

Kendra McCarthy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enablement and training across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Enablement at Catalant since May 2025, Kendra previously held the position of Director of Global GTM Enablement at Akeneo, a leader in Product Information Management, from June 2022 to May 2025. Kendra has also managed Sales and Customer Success Enablement at Autodesk Construction Solutions, and contributed to customer success initiatives at Salsify. Earlier roles include positions at Virgin Pulse, where Kendra focused on training, support, and product development, and at PwC as a Financial/IT Due Diligence Analyst. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University, earned in 2006.
