Abdelhay Fahmy

Abdelhay Fahmy has an extensive background in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Section Head at GoChat247 since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Training and Development Supervisor at Ulemt and Senior Training and Development at Etisalat Global Services. Abdelhay began a career in training as an Executive Trainer at Raya CX and has worked in various capacities within customer service and sales, including positions at TE Data and Hilton Worldwide. A graduate of Helwan University Cairo, Abdelhay holds a B.Sc. in Touristic Studies with a focus on Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations.
