Trevor Edwards has six years of work experience. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Bar Manager for Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar. In 2022, they became a Junior Software Engineer for GoCheck Kids and a Software Engineer In Residence (SEIR) for Hack Reactor. As SEIR, their duties included daily administrative tasks, student evaluations, assisting students through help desk, office hours, and direct observation and input. Trevor also worked as a Full Stack Engineer and a Back End Engineer for Hack Reactor, during which they assisted in the creation, deployment, and optimization of a e-commerce web app. Theirroles included feature development, logic design, state management implementation, AWS deployment, and database/deployment optimizations. Additionally, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer on a project for a local business, developing their website, and worked on a single player 2D game in the vein of Zelda with C# Unity.

Trevor Edwards is currently enrolled in Hack Reactor to obtain a Software Engineer Certification in Full Stack Software Engineering, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Prior to that, they attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2012 to 2015, studying Biology, General. Trevor also attended the University of Southern Maine from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, Trevor has obtained two certifications from Udemy in 2022 - The Complete Apache Groovy Developer Course and Java Programming Masterclass covering Java 11 & Java 17.
