Kevin Jankay

Kevin Jankay has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Phlebotomist at LabCorp, where they collected blood samples, handled patient information, and worked closely with doctors. In 2015, they joined Illuminate Education, Inc. as a Support Specialist, where they developed strong emotional intelligence skills and provided support to clients. Kevin then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner, responsible for defining business requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Since 2019, Kevin has been working at Gocious LLC as a Product Owner and has recently taken on the role of Program Manager.

Kevin Jankay completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn in January 2023, Certified SCRUM Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in June 2018, and Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021.
