Chris’s background in fitness began with roles as a Personal Trainer and Membership Manager at Verve Health & Fitness and CrossFit Rosslyn, along with experience in personal training and management at multiple fitness establishments. Chris holds a BFA in Writing with a minor in History from Green Mountain College.
