Paras Sharda

Paras Sharda is a seasoned Senior Support Engineer at GoCo, specializing in Unified Communication, VOIP, SIP, and CCNA, with a focus on contact center technologies such as Five9, Genesys, Nice, and Cisco Broadsoft since November 2016. Prior to this, Paras held various technical support roles at iQor from May 2014 to November 2016, including Technical Support Team Lead and Technical Solutions Specialist, where responsibilities included providing solutions for Bell telecommunication products and adapting to evolving technological tools. Paras holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Wireless Information Networking from Fleming College and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Apeejay Stya Education. Education commenced at Veda Vyasa D.A.V Public School.
