Hayley Feiner is a leading wellness industry expert with 15 years of international experience. She specialises in pre-openings and set-up, large-volume spa operations, concept design and brand development. She has worked with numerous leading 5-star international hospitality brands, with 10 years experience within the UAE, including three hotel openings. She is renowned for her vast expertise in the Middle Eastern market. As Regional Director of Spa Operations & Development in the MENA area, Hayley leads GOCO Hospitality’s regional projects in the fast-growing MENA market. She is responsible for setting up and implementing GOCO’s business strategy in the region, developing brand pillars and wellness programmes, as well as for the overall performance of spas, including all pre-opening and expansion activities.
