Raphael Moraes has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2012, they started their career with an internship at Motorola Mobility, followed by an internship at Flextronics in 2013. Later that year, they joined Venturus as a Software Developer, with a focus on web applications for Sony Mobile and Ericsson Brazil. During their time at Venturus, they worked on notable projects such as Sony Xperia Configurator Cloud and Sony's Sketch.
In 2017, Raphael moved on to new opportunities, working as a Senior Frontend Engineer at both Sinch and Movile. At Sinch and Movile, they contributed to frontend development projects. Raphael then joined Pipefy in 2020, initially as a Senior Frontend Engineer, later transitioning to a Tech Lead role. At Pipefy, they were responsible for leading technical teams and contributing to software engineering projects.
Raphael's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found M&M Innovation in 2021, where they aimed to revolutionize innovation consulting by combining methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean, Agile, and their 9 years of experience in the digital product world.
Currently, they work at GoCo.io, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, starting in October 2021.
Raphael Moraes has a strong educational background in the field of computer engineering and software development. Raphael obtained their Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, completing their studies from 2009 to 2014.
After their undergraduate degree, Raphael pursued further education in business and management. Raphael first enrolled in HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) in 2015 and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Computer Software Engineering with SOA Emphasis in 2016.
In 2017, Raphael continued their education at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Raphael'sfocus during this program was on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Raphael completed the MBA program in 2018.
In addition to their formal education, Raphael has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. These certifications include "iMasters Certified Professional - JavaScript" from iMasters, "Angular 2 - The Complete Guide" from Udemy, and "Architecting on AWS" from Amazon Web Services.
Raphael has also completed numerous technical courses to expand their knowledge in web and software development.
