Elena Kupina, ACC, CEC

Elena Kupina is an ACC and CEC with extensive work experience in executive and leadership coaching. Elena has worked in various companies such as Skillsoft, MindGym, SkillCycle, and Level Up International Coaching Group. In their roles, Elena has provided coaching and facilitation to support self-organizing individuals, coached executives in leadership development, and facilitated client objectives to improve overall business. Elena has also worked as an executive and business coach, where they coached professionals to improve their skills and performance in the workplace and facilitated organizational changes. Elena has experience coaching managers and executives in developing leadership skills, including conducting verbal 360 assessments. Prior to their coaching career, they worked as a QA Lead and QA Engineer in companies such as 15 Seconds of Fame, Inc., Swenson He, LLC, and AUSTECHSYSTEMS. Elena was also an entrepreneur and CEO at Window Design.

Elena Kupina, ACC, CEC has a diverse and impressive education history. Elena obtained their Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in October 2021. Elena holds a Master's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Relationship from Dnipro University of Technology, which they earned between 1999 and 2004. In 2021, they enrolled in CoachingUP University and completed the Professional International Coaching program, earning an International-level Professional Coach certification and the ACTP certification. Additionally, Elena completed a course in Parenting in a coaching style at CoachingUP University in 2022. Elena further expanded their expertise in executive coaching by completing the Executive Coaching program at the Center for Executive Coaching from 2021 to 2022. Elena also holds various certifications, including the WOHASU 2022 COACH CERTIFICATE from WOHASU® & The World Happiness Summit and the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation.
