Heidi Siegal Kogon, MBA, ACC, ELI-MP, is the Founder, Leadership and Career Coach at Kogon Coaching, LLC, a position they have held since February 2021. Heidi Siegal Kogon, MBA, ACC, ELI-MP has a diverse education history. In 2019 and 2020, they attended iPEC Coaching and obtained a CPC (Certified Professional Coach) in Coaching degree. Prior to that, they earned an MBA with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Heidi also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Simmons University. Heidi has also obtained additional certifications including an ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner) from iPEC Coaching and two Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certifications from the International Coaching Federation, which they obtained in June 2021.
