Kim Rohrer is a seasoned HR professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in progressive people practices and organizational culture. Currently serving as Co-Producer and Co-Host of the "HR Confessions" podcast at SkillCycle and Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at PeakHR, Rohrer focuses on empowering future HR leaders through inclusive education. As the founder of Patchwork Portfolio, Rohrer combines narrative storytelling with HR innovation.
