Kaushik PN

Kaushik PN has held various positions in the past 8 years. In 2012, they were a Member at LEAD Deshpande Foundation. In 2013, they were a Local Committee Co-ordinator at AIESEC India and completed a Summer Internship at Deshpande Foundation, where they learned about water purification technology and did a survey on the purification process. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at GoCoop - Global Marketplace, initially as Deputy Manager - Sourcing & Operations - South Region, then as Asst. Manager - Regional Operations - Karnataka, Senior Marketing Executive - Karnataka, and Marketing Executive - Karnataka. Since 2020, they have been Deputy Manager - Vendor Management & Operations at GoCoop, where they are responsible for Vendor Management across all channels and supporting/guiding weavers and artisans on the benefits of the marketplace and offline events. Kaushik is also part of community development activities and cluster development projects to create sustainable livelihoods for artisans.

Kaushik PN received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Karnatak University in 2012, majoring in Psychology & Economics, Sociology. Kaushik then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Karnatak University in 2014.
