Len Ostroff is the SVP of Data Partnerships at Crisp. Len has over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry, including stints as the VP of Global Carrier Relations at Twilio and the EVP of Global Supply at Criteo.

At Twilio, Len managed a global team of 25 with responsibility for the development and management of 150+ global telecom carriers supporting tens of billions of monthly messages and $2B+ in revenue. Len was also responsible for executing an $80M+ revenue plan while protecting toll-free messaging exclusivity in the US and Canada, and successfully integrating two global acquisitions, increasing team size by 25%.

At Criteo, Len was responsible for growing the Global Supply and Partnerships organization to 125 people and managing a $1.1 billion annual budget. Len conceptualized and developed an Identity strategy that underpins Criteo’s 2 billion ID global Device Graph, as well as a partnership program to onboard 1st party audience data. Len also conceived and developed commercial and product specifications for a proprietary full-funnel Connected TV solution.

Len Ostroff has a BA in Business and Economics from Lafayette College and a minor in Computer Science.
