Marjorie Amon

Marjorie Amon is an experienced operations analyst and entrepreneur with a diverse background in managing and optimizing operations across various industries. Currently serving as an Operations Analyst at Crisp since March 2025, Amon previously co-founded Kentucky's first and only summer camp for adults, directing program development and ensuring high satisfaction rates. Amon's expertise also includes overseeing grocery supply chain operations at Shelf Engine, leading bar operations at Whiskey Bear, and managing visitor experiences at James E. Pepper Distilling Co. Additionally, Amon has contributed to economic empowerment initiatives at the Kentucky Coalition Against Domestic Violence and has engaged in educational roles at both the Pacific School of Religion and Smith College. Amon holds a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Smith College and a Certificate in Spirituality and Social Change from the Pacific School of Religion.
