Zach Spicer

Zach Spicer, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting at Crisp since May 2025, following a role as Corporate Controller at Upshop from March 2024 to May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Global Controller at Modern Hire from March 2023 to April 2024 and Accounting Manager at Tulip Interfaces from June 2020 to March 2023. Zach began a career in accounting at PwC, where from September 2017 to June 2020, responsibilities included assisting with an IPO, preparing technical accounting memorandums, and reviewing financial models for significant acquisitions. Earlier positions include experience as International Accounting Intern at NetScout Systems, where Zach prepared financial statements for international jurisdictions, and as IT Service Desk Intern, contributing to technology lifecycle management and network efficiency projects. Zach holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Economics with a Concentration in Finance from Westfield State University.
