Alejandro Talavera Bejarano has extensive experience in payroll and project management roles. Alejandro started their career as a Payroll Assistant at ADP in 2015, where they gained knowledge in payroll processes. Alejandro then moved on to Sopra HR Software in 2017, working as a Payroll Specialist. In this role, they gained expertise in payroll management. In 2018, they joined Bristol Myers Squibb as a Payroll Analyst EMEA, where they were responsible for payroll processes and improvements in multiple countries.
