Jeremy Kronenberger

Jeremy Kronenberger has over 15 years of experience in product operations and technical support, currently serving as the Manager of Product Operations at GoDaddy since August 2009. In this role, Jeremy has led various initiatives, including acting as the Hosting Support Hiring Manager since 2015, where responsibilities have included overseeing recruitment and hiring processes. Previously, as the Community Educator Supervisor, Jeremy directed a team of technicians on project objectives and collaborated across departments within Scrum teams. Prior experience includes serving as a Hosting Support Supervisor at Geek Squad, where management of technical support services and inventory optimization was achieved. Jeremy holds a degree from Arizona State University, completed in 2007, along with a high school diploma from Saguaro High School.
