Paul Suh

Paul Suh is an experienced legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Director, Legal - M&A and Strategic Investments at GoDaddy since May 2022, Paul has previously held key positions at Splunk as Senior Corporate Counsel and at Paragon Legal as Senior Counsel focused on M&A while onsite at Autodesk, Inc. Earlier experience includes roles at Nixon Peabody and Heller Ehrman as an Associate in Corporate M&A and Venture Capital, as well as at Morrison & Foerster LLP as an Associate in Financial Transactions. Paul holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Yale University.
