Rebecca Bell

Rebecca Bell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of People Ops (HR) and Employee Relations at GoDaddy since January 2019, overseeing HR initiatives for a workforce of over 7,000 employees. Previously, Rebecca held the role of Manager of Talent Management and Employee Engagement at Nicklaus Children's Health System from December 2015 to January 2019, where focus was on enhancing employee relations within South Florida's only children’s healthcare system. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at HR Consulting Group, Inc. from July 2012 to December 2015, specializing in diverse HR consulting services across various industries, and as Human Resources Manager at FedEx Corporation from April 2004 to July 2012, supporting HR functions across multiple regions and business units. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science Administration in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University.
