Shannon Bennett

Shannon Bennett is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer experience and integrated marketing strategies. Currently serving as Director of Customer Experience & Marketing Strategy at GoDaddy since May 2016, Shannon has previously held roles including Senior Manager of Customer Experience Strategy and Customer Marketing. At Infusionsoft, Shannon led a team focused on driving revenue and customer engagement through comprehensive marketing campaigns. Shannon's earlier experience includes Marketing Manager positions at PetSmart, US Airways, Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, and Gannett, where strategic marketing initiatives and customer engagement were central to each role. Shannon holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Arizona. In addition to professional responsibilities, Shannon co-presides over the GoDaddy Women in Tech Employee Resource Group.
