Shera Kalish

Shera Kalish is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and program leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management at GoDaddy since November 2020, Shera oversees performance management, career development, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives, while implementing the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework across the organization. Prior to this, Shera was the Lead Program Manager at Mphasis, where responsibilities included leading the development of a new healthcare management system and managing ANSI X12 transactions. Previous roles also include a Trainer at Citifinancial Retail Services and a Teacher at AIBT, recognized as Day Instructor of the Year by the student body. Shera holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
