Mark Gill

Mark joined the Board as Operations Director in 2018 and became Managing Director in 2022. Mark graduated as a veterinary surgeon from the Royal Veterinary College in 2007 and started his career as a small animal practitioner in Warwickshire. In 2008 he joined the Goddard Veterinary Group’s management team. Mark obtained a Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management from the CMI in 2011, and an MBA from Imperial College in 2016. Mark has a particular interest in organisational strategy and customer service. Out of work, Mark is kept busy by his young family, his elderly cat and boisterous Basset Fauve de Bretagne, occasionally having the opportunity to indulge his interest in spirits and cocktails and beekeeping.
