Mattea Lenhoff is an experienced professional with a diverse background in veterinary medicine and coaching. Currently serving as an Associate Coach at New Era Coaching since June 2022, Mattea supports clients in making significant, positive changes to achieve their goals. Mattea’s veterinary career includes roles as Regional Head Vet and Hospital Manager at Goddard Veterinary Group since July 2013, where leadership and teamwork are key to delivering exemplary service. Prior experience encompasses positions as a Veterinary Surgeon at Celia Hammond Animal Trust and Medivet The Vets, highlighting skills in soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, and emergency care. Mattea holds a Personal Performance Diploma in Coaching from The Coaching Academy, an MBA from The Open University Business School, and a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from the Royal Veterinary College.
