Carisse Varr has extensive sales experience in the natural products industry. Carisse began their career in 2006 as a Key Account Manager with The Hain Celestial Group, where they managed Henry's/Sun Harvest Corporate account, Spectrum Essentials, and the Personal Care divisions. In 2011, they became the Western Regional Sales Director for Hugo Naturals, where they managed brokers in Canada and the Western US to grow the Hugo Naturals business in both artisan and packaged goods. In 2013, Carisse was appointed Western Regional Sales Manager for MyChelle Dermaceuticals, where they motivated and led the sales team for the high-tech, results-driven skin care brand in the Western US. From 2016-2018, Carisse served as National Sales Director for Goddess Garden, where they developed and executed sales strategies across multiple channels, spearheading new retail partnerships and managing broker teams across the nation. Most recently, Carisse was the Director of Sales for Made In Nature, where they developed and drove conventional and natural channel growth strategies and successfully built retailer partnerships.

Carisse Varr holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliant International University, where they studied International Business. Carisse also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied Environmental Studies.
