Lauren Bagden-McGehee has a diverse range of work experience in strategy and brand planning. Lauren is currently working as a Strategy Director at Godfrey Dadich Partners, where they are involved in projects with companies such as GoFundMe, IBM, Indeed, Sony AI, and Sustainably Yours. Lauren has also worked on projects for Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, Juni, and the Museum of Arts and Design.

Prior to their current role, Lauren worked as a Strategy Director at Traction, where they developed a website and clarified the narrative for McCormick, a global flavor company.

Lauren also has experience as a Senior Strategist at Swirl, where they worked on influencer campaigns for Walmart and helped develop the storytelling strategy for Microsoft retail stores.

Before that, Lauren worked as a Brand Strategist at Rooster Grin Media, where they developed positioning and messaging for brand launches and managed social media for multiple clients.

Lauren also served as a Senior Strategist at Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners, where they worked on projects for MINI Cooper, Greyhound, El Pollo Loco, YP, Softcard, and Nokia.

Lauren's early career includes roles as a Brand Planning Director and Brand Planner at The Richards Group, as well as a Strategic Planning Intern at BBDO New York.

Lauren also has international experience as a JET Ambassador at Nagasaki Narutaki High School.

Lauren Bagden-McGehee attended the VCU Brandcenter from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Strategy. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Virginia, earning a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Sociology.
