Holly L. Stenz

Holly’s practice focuses on various aspects of corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, due diligence and drafting commercial contracts. Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Holly served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Chief Justice Patience Roggensack of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
